Also honored on April 28, 2023, were Firefighter of the Year Adam Ramirez, Police Dispatcher of the Year Laura Canelo, Richmond Firefighters Local 188 Citizen of the Year Ivonne Malave, and Police Professional Staff Member of the Year Eric Tam. The Teamwork Award was given to the Communications Team.
